Information we collect

We may receive information you choose to provide in a project request or business communication, including your name, work email, company, destination, project type, estimated quantity, budget range, target date, delivery markets, customization requirements, project brief, and related correspondence. Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as request, device, network, and security-log data needed to deliver and protect the service.

Why we use it

We use this information to receive and assess inquiries, communicate with you, prepare and administer proposals, coordinate sourcing and fulfillment where a project proceeds, maintain business records, protect the website and workflow from misuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where a data-protection law requires a legal basis, the basis may include taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing a B2B service and responding to genuine business inquiries, compliance with law, or consent where consent is specifically required.

Human review and automated processing

Website project requests are routed for human review. Submission of a form does not automatically create a binding proposal, price, order, supplier commitment, or commercial decision.

Service providers and recipients

We may use service providers for hosting, security, communications, server-side intake, workflow management, storage, and related business operations. They may process information only as needed to provide those functions or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. VARIKAN does not sell personal information submitted through project requests and the current website does not use third-party behavioral advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential infrastructure may still process technical request data needed to deliver and secure the site. If our practices materially change, we will update the relevant notice and implement any choice or consent mechanism required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information handled through the website. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and this notice does not create an absolute security warranty.

Business communications

If you contact us about a project, we may send communications related to that inquiry or resulting business relationship. Marketing communications, if used, are subject to applicable requirements and available opt-out rights.
